Award-winning Chef Pino Posteraro leads you through a culinary tour of Italy’s traditional meats and cheeses. Whether it’s Puglian Capocollo, or accasciato cheese from Tuscany, this masterclass will open your eyes and your tastebuds to the world of salumi when you sample Italian meats and cheese at their best!

In-person participants will sample items hand-selected by Chef Posteraro while he guides you through assembling the perfect charcuterie board! A drink will be provided to complement the evening’s delicacies.
