Formaggi d’Italia will be led by Toronto-based master cheesemaker, Matt Casola who will guide you through the wonderful world of Italian cheeses. You’ll learn about the different types of cheese, their origins, and how to pair them with other foods and wines. From Asiago to Taleggio, you’ll taste and savour the best of Italian cheese.
